Quality instead of quantity
One more aspect has been to release music and to introduce it to the public. Giving bands the opportunity to produce, to make their own music without industrial inputs. So there will be no commerce! But successnes can be done. Bad Land Records will only release groups and musicians with the music we can identify with. No fucked up releases – that just market us served.
It’s just the opposite. We select our artists after serious criteria. Just when the assurance is taking place between artist and Label, there will be success in the future. Everyone should earn money !
Shure, money plays a big role in this business. But who works, should earn money and that’s all what we want. Both sides should contribute to that success. It’s a taking and giving !
Here at BLR we are trying to be a service provider to the artists and bands. But we have to work together as close as get for having and keeping success.
