The Legendary Len

In the 1980s and 1990s, The Legendary Len’s EPs were much played by the late, great John Peel on his BBC Radio 1 programmes in the UK. How to describe the songs? Tuneful Indie guitar noise with observational, off-kilter lyrics? Maybe.
