Him and his parents moved to Raleigh, North Carolina when he was only 2 months old. He always had a love for music. One of his earliest memories is of him beating on pots and pains on the kitchen floor. His parents always knew that he had talent, anything that they gave him, he would turn it into a musical instrument. Speaking of instruments, Cannonz has mastered three. Drums, Piano, and Guitar. When he was younger, his favorite instrument was the drums.Every christmas, his parents would get him newer and bigger drums. At first all through the house, the only thing you would hear from his room is loud, irrotating noise, but later on, that loud noise would start to turn into music. Every sunday morning at church, Cannonz would sit all the way in the front just to pay attention to the drummer. After Cannonz got a little bit older, him and his cousin was just fooling around one day, and recorded a song entitled "Bad Girls" the song isn’t too good to this day, but at that time it was perfect coming from three pre-teens whos just beginning to rap. They liked the song so much that they played it for their whole family.Dre and his cousins haven’t forgotten about that song, and decided to push it further than that and become rappers. His cousins are now known as Dee (18) and Scheme (19). Three years later, they dropped a mixtape "Main Event Presents..." with Cannonz behind the boards producing all of the beats...to be honest..it wasn’t too good, but they needed to know where they stood at as rappers and what they needed to do to improve..Two years later they dropped another more official mixtape "Family Business vol.1" with Cannonz once again producing the whole project. The mixtape received much better reviews, and right then and there, Cannonz, Scheme, and Dee knew that they was gonna be in the game for a long time.Since then, Dre has released his first solo album, and also assembled a team of young talented individuals.CJ was born on September 30, 1991 in Raleigh, NC. He has always been involved with music since he was a toddler. His mother, father, and other family members have always had a thing for music and performing. CJ began officially singing at the age of 5 in his church for his youth choir. Then on, he kept on singing in the church choir and still does. CJ has just released his debut album entitled ’Breath of Fresh Air’ which featured the song of 2007 "When I Get Home" a duet with Aquila Taylor. The track has been getting CJ alot of attention from radio station dj’s and many others.Aquila Taylor is the female r&b singer in the group. Born in Brooklyn, New York, on August 24, 1991 to Yvette Windley and Stanley Taylor is an aspiring phenom. At only 16 years old, she has an astounding resume, granted that at the young age of nine, she preformed for the first time in Fort Dix, New Jersey for her Dad; Sgt. Taylor’s squadron “Fallin’” by her role-model, Alica Keys in 2001. Then again at only 10, she wrapped her voice around the “National Anthem” at the 35th Port Squadron Military ball with her dad as her “back bone”. Soon after she auditioned for the Broadway play, “How to eat like a child”, and then later advanced to the play “New York, New York" and lastly, the “Wizard of Oz”, which launched her the privilege to do the honors of opening up a show for the world’s famous renound opera singer, René Fleming, where she sang “Angles” by Virtue. Aquila started Highschool at Broughton year 2006-2007 where she’d also been active in clubs like the “Shine” dance team, and Chorus. The School clubs kept her occupied until she had met Dre Cannonz in late 2006, they had exchanged numbers and talked on the phone, and has discovered each other’s talent, and The two has been an unstoppable item since.L.I.V.E. was born on April 24, 1990 in Raleigh NC, born Anthony Leon Evans. He has overcome many trials and tribulations. Living in a single parent home where it was hard to stay focus on school and achieve destined goals. Unfortunately as life prevails towards Anthony He was exposed more and more to the street life and poverty. Anthony started rapping at the age of 7. With his ambitious drive and heart pumping blood flow filled with musical notes and realistic bone chilling phenomenal lyrics he has been named “L.I.V.E.”. Anthony Evans was facing 3 federal charges (Battery & Assult, Stolen Vehicle and Trespassing). Being underage the charges keep getting set back in court due to lack of evidence so now Anthony is living positively and is trying to make a change in his life and everybody around him. L.I.V.E. stands for “LIVE IN VEIN ETERNALLY" by saying that, he’s trying to tell his listeners he is more then a rapper he is an angel to help the youth avoid negativity and live life positive.Reggie Mckoy, the newest member of the group, better known as "Crisis" was born & raised in raleigh north carolina. Crisis first found his passion for rapping at the age of 12.He got into a little group in middle school with some of his friends and record his first track and mixtape on a tape recorder.After middle school the group kind of seperated but still currently keep in contract.Once "Crisis" reached high school (Enloe).He meet a guy by the name of "Shanghai" which they formed a group called "G.E.D"(gettin’ every dollar) they collaborated on many songs together and "Crisis" was the producer. After the first year of high school that group also separated because "Shanghai" moved to New Jersey, but they still collaborate and keep in contact. In "Crisis" junior year in high school, he got a little buzz around "Enloe High School". He made a name for him self by joining into cyphers at school and rap battles."Crisis" also dropped a mixtape called "Money & Music is My Motivation" Vol.1. He recieved alot of feed back with it. He met Dre Cannonz through Aquila Taylor & CJ and conversated with him for a while and then eventually became apart of the Main Event team. Since that big change Crisis has been progressing ever since then, and continues to make hitsDre Cannonz is working hands on with each artist on the team while also putting finishing touches on his sophmore album. Main Event continues to work hard and strive to make not only good music but real music.
