Growing up in a musical family of singing tradition.
1987-1993 State Music School: studying piano and general music theory.
1993-2001 turning the musical interest into Jazz: performing with Jaroslaw Hanik, Lothar Dziwoki, Krzysztof Popek.
1995-1997 projects of the Polish cabaret music and so called "sung poetry".
1997-2001 singing in a family cover band while doing bachelor studies in English.
2001-2005 arriving in The Netherlands to study Jazz Voice at the ROYAL CONSERVATOIRE of The Hague - teachers: Rachel Gould, Fay Classen, Anette von Eichel; guest teachers: Deborah Brown, Mark Murphy, Judy Nimack, Meredith D'Ambrosio, Barry Harris, etc.
2003 turning my musical interest into the Brazilian music.
2005-2007 doing master study at the Rotterdam Conservatoire CODARTS and graduating cum laude from the Brazilian section of the World Music Depertment. Teachers: Anna Elis de Jong, Jose Koning, Connie de Jong; guest teachers: Nelson Faria, Kiko Freitas, Ney Coceição ( João Bosco’s rhythm section ), Celia Vaz ( an arranger, guitarist and vocalist of a vocal group Nos Quatro), Christiano Alves and Tamara Ujakova ( chorinho duo ).
2006-2007 performing with a MPB project Dansamba in HET CONCERTGEBOUW in Amsterdam, DE DOELEN, etc.
2006 first visit to RIO DE JANEIRO: studying and performing with Celia Vaz, Clarisse Grova, Nelson Faria, Teresa Cristina, Amelia Rabello, Francis Hime, Ricardo Silveira.
2007 NORTH SEA JAZZ FESTIVAL: performing with the Codarts Big Band and guest musicians: Nelson Faria, Cyro Baptista, Rick Margitza, Carlos Werneck, Billy Hart.
2007 second visit to BRAZIL: performing in Rio de Janeiro and traveling :)
2008 duet concert in the WORLD FORUM in The Hague during a visit of the president of Brazil in the Netherlands
2008 JAZZ INTERNATIONAL ROTTERDAM: a MUSIC & POETRY project with Anna Elis de Jong, Bart Fermie, Udo Demandt, Tim Langedijk, Hendrik Vanattenhoven.
2008-2009 a project with NUEVA MANTECA "Requiem para el mundo" written by Jan Hartong.
2009 - getting a grant of Prins Bernhard Culture Foundation to go and do one-year study in Brazil's unique samba and choro school 'Portatil' in Rio de Janeiro.
