Colossus

When the swedish cult band Stillborn was disbanded in 1993, some of the members formed Colossus together with Messiah Marcolin (Candlemass, Memento Mori) about 1996. They recorded some tracks, but never made it to a decent record deal. They were formed as a project with Ingemar Henning, Kim Sandström, Sami Miari, Messiah Marcolin, Snowy Shaw (King Diamond, Merciful Fate, Memento Mori...) or Tommie Liekola on drums. Colossus nearly played live one time at the Kiss Convent in Stockholm, but the gig was cancelled. After a couple of years they decided to focus on something else, and went their own ways... Not that many has been able to hear the recordings, so that is why this site was created. "Sad but true" is taken from "Metal Militia: A tribute to Metallica II", released by Tribute Records in 1996.
