Ultimate Margarita | 29 daaamn!
this is a do-it-yourself margarita served w/ only the best, you got it - mini bottles! this isn't for the margarita beginner; it's for the masters who can make a margarita to die for. includes 2 mini bottles of patron tequila, 1 grand marnier, a carafe of house made sweet & sour, fresh oj, limes & a glass of ice (recommended for two normal people or one matt spencer)

Located next door to the PB Fire Station, near the corner of Mission & Grand, FIREHOUSE American Eatery & Lounge came to the RESCUE of Pacific Beach in the summer of 2007 .

OUR STORY
there's nascar american & there's american chic, although we occasionally drink like the former, we design like the latter. for many years the orginal "firehouse cafe" stood on this spot & became a local legend. after some time passed & a couple of name & ownership changes, the restaurant/bar fell into disrepair - left sad, broken-down and unloved; the two current owners, both san diego residents, purchased what was left of the business w/ pretty much all they had. realizing pacific beach was growing up, their vision was to create a retro-american-chic version of the original... to bridge the gap between the swanky miami-style lounges & the warm cozy vibe of pacific beach.
we feel we have achieved this & hope you enjoy what we like to call "the new pacific beach."

QUALITY FOOD & DRINK
the FIREHOUSE serves only the highest quality american food products & we make many of our items from scratch, including our dressings, sauces, guacamole & desserts. our seafood is bought locally & arrives daily. we hand-make all the purees for our specialty drinks as well as our bloody mary & sweet & sour mixes. we take great pride in having the "best food at the beach" & knowing that when our patrons are desperately seeking good times...FIREHOUSE is 911 for the soul.
FIREHOUSE BREWING CO.
inspired by 9/11, a group of firefighters started the firehouse brewing company, a small local brewery, in which a portion of the proceeds go to firefighter widow & orphan funds, assisting the families of firefighters who have died or been seriously injured in the line of duty. an additional percentage of proceeds go to local fire departments to help buy safety equipment...so drink up.
STATION 21
we would like to mention our very cool, fun & hot neighbors...the station 21 firefighters for serving our community & being just frick'en awesome.

we feel a little bad about naming one of the items on our "secret menu" the NICOLE RICHIE, but somehow we feel she is screaming out for attention, so if she wants to live on in infamy - we'll help her...
