My name is Jennifer McKee and I am the co-owner of Bodyshop Fitness and Spa. I instruct fitness classes, bootcamps, specialize in weight-loss and wellness. I am a woman, a daughter, a mother, a wife, a business partner and a best friend. I am passionate about my family and attempt to live each day to the fullest! I’m told I have a lot of personality too, I’m direct, sometimes too much so, however it’s always with your best interests at heart. I am a dedicated professional with a big heart and am prone to inspiring others to reach out to their potential. I love working with my partner, husband and best friend, Antonio. We met in 1996, married February 2000 and have been working together, building the "McKee Empire" since 2004. I am inspired by him daily and he is the driving force that keeps us moving forward. I’ll be honest, running a business, raising children, mentoring many and staying sane is challenging. I am a believer in God and know that if I trust in him and live right, my blessings will come- Thank you Jesus, I am being blessed right now. I know that people are brought into our lives for a reason- as there are no mistakes. What do I do? I inspire, mentor and coach you to a more fit and healthy you- realistically. I set individual expectations, based on your fitness goals. I create unique workouts that are fun and exhausting at the same time. No two workouts are the same! I help you realize your goals and dreams by showing you how to take control of your body and put together the workout system you can understand, stick with and enjoy. None of this is rocket science and there are ways around all obstacles, if you are willing to take the time to invest in yourself, commit to your health and put it into action. I help you maintain forward motion and show you how amazing it feels to be fit and healthy!
