About Me
I'm officially an old man. 25 has crept away from me and now I'm 26. It's not as bad as I thought it would be. Most days my joints don't ache too bad and I can leave the cane or walker at home. ;)I live in the thriving metropolis of Cortland, NY. I grew up in a really close family so when I had the opportunity to take a job I was actually into and live near them, how could I say no? I love my family. I have the best and most supportive parents on the planet and two of my best friends are my older brother and younger sister. My big broseph even did a great job picking out his wife. She's not just his wife - she's my sister from another mister! One of the most amazing things in my life so far is my nephew, Jacob. I love that little guy. He puts a smile on my face everytime I get to see him, which is often since we all live so close to each other. It's incredible knowing how important you can be to a kid by just giving them time. It's a great insight to carry into any relationship, too. Being willing to give of your time and take an interest in people is the root to experiencing true happiness.I love being outside and having fun. Getting together with friends for Frisbe, Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Trampoline Dodgeball, Swimming, Floating down the river on tubes, Kayaking, 4-wheeling, going for motorcycle rides, and playing golf or skiing/snowboarding are some of my favorite things to do.I have the best job EVER. Go ahead, just ask. You'll soon understand why! And it's a funny conversation starter. Nobody ever believes I do what I do. I'm a District Sales Manager, work out of my house, report to a guy via phone who lives 2 hours from me, rarely see him, plan my own weeks, work my plans and have a great time doing it!I'm not really into horoscopes or the zodiac but I am a leo. Which I find interesting. My name, Ryan, means "Little King." The zodiac symbol for leo is, of course, the lion who is the King of the Jungle. When I was young I used to hear "Presto Presto" from my mom which basically meant "do your best." A fun motto to live by is "rule your jungle." To me it just means that we should recognize that we've been crafted with many talents and we should exercise those to the fullest degree always striving to be the best and to improve ourselves. ...It's that innate competitiveness that some people have and others don't. I think I just may have it!There's so much more "about me" than the few paragraph insight I've given you a glimpse of. If you want to know anything else...just ask!
