Helena Cohen Master BakerI am the owner of Nibbles Small Baked Goods located in Baltimore, Maryland. I was born in New York City. Although I've been in Baltimore since I was 8, my heart is still in New york. Though primarily self-trained, over the past decade I have honed my baking skills working several jobs in the food service industry, including the prestigious Intercontinental Harbor Court Hotel in Baltimores Inner Harbor. My love for baking and pastry has developed into my home-based business, Nibbles Small Baked Goods.My business specializes in small baked goods. Realizing that, although people are becoming more diet and health conscious, they still desire a little something for dessert. So, in order to fill that niche, I came up with Nibbles. My specialties include custom decorated cookies for gift baskets and cookie bouquets, miniature cakes, pies and miniature pastries. I can, of course, create full-sized versions of my creations upon request. I also specializes in baked goods for special diets (i.e. Diabetic and Vegan).
