My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Visual Artists, Writers, Actors, Musicians ,...people who know and do things locally to bring an ever widening cultural experience to Kern County.

The RANDOM TIMES is about all these things, as well as looking to the local community for Articles, Reviews, Rants, and Opinions on just about everything you feel needs to be known to our readers.

Submissions are due the 21st of every month and is as easy as sending an email to RANDOM TIMES: [email protected] .




It's the same old story when it comes to keeping a paper alive,…..it's about the money. Every position on the staff is volunteer and all the ad money goes to printing our paper.


If your interested in running an ad (remember, business cards are only 25 bucks!) or know someone that has a busness in town, tell them about us and the great deal the can get by running and ad in RANDOM TIMES!
