The Child may have one or more of the following Symptoms:
Is often easily distracted.
Chronically late or chronically in a hurry.
Has trouble keeping appointments.
Restlessness, constant motion may fidget and squirm,or
have trouble staying seated at all in classroom like settings.
Often loses things needed for tasks and activities
(e.g. toys, school assignments, pencils, books, or tools).
Does not seem to listen when spoken to directly
Trouble listening carefully to directions.
Frequently searches for high stimulation (perfers many
activities at once, impulsive in actions such as spending etc.)
May blurt out answers before questions are completed,
or switch words around in conversations.
Often avoids, dislikes, or doesn't want to do things that
take a lot of mental effort for a long period of time.
Has trouble keeping attention on task
