Sisterspace is Fun. She's an All-Volunteer organization committed to creating a safe space where community can grow and evolve. Sisterspace is a very diverse organization - one of her greatest assets are the wide variety of ages/generations that belong and contribute to preserving and building community. She started as a self-defense weekend in the late seventies and has evolved through the years...currently she hosts a weekend festival that's full of music, art, workshops, sports, camp-fires, fun ...it's the kind of place where there's nothing quite like sharing a beer and a moment under the stars with generations of incredible women...the weekend festival is famous for perfect weather, limitless beauty and lasting friendships.Sisterpace hosts year-round activities and is always looking to do more!! There are plenty of committees to get involved with including: Women of Color forum and Old Dykes Young Queers forum. If you have an idea for an event, lecture, gathering...whatever...drop SisterSpace a line - she's always looking for new friends! {}

You!!! We want to meet all the fierce friends and womyn out there...calling all queers, lesbians, butch, femme, everything in-between and outside the box...Musicians, fairies, Artists, revolutionaries, women with something to teach and looking to learn...Women to get involved in our ODYQ forum and continue important intergenerational conversation and discussion. We're looking for passionate women of color to introduce new events, workshop ideas and join the Women of Color Forum already committed to inspiring knowledge, discussion, and learning.
