The two destinies of the members of Virus Factory met in 2003 for the first time, following then the same direction every day with the same enthusiasm of the first day.
Their past experiences, their personalities and interests couldn't be more different; what they managed to produce together is amazing, showing as true the famous sentence from the French author that if you really believe in the force of the dreams, these become reality.
The Virus Factory have deeply believed in this, starting from a zero point, only with the desire to realize what at a first sight seemed to be unreachable.
Daniele grew up drinking milk and hardcore, he began playing music at the oratorials in the village where he has lived since the age of 14.
He enjoied creating cassettes mixed by him for his friends and the hardcore sound accompained the most of his days.
The demonstration that he had the hardcore under his skin came when he undertook some radiophonic experience as Dj and speaker at some local radios.
He earned respect and admiration of people who worked with him working professionally eventhough it wasn't his favorite sound.
He worked as Dj in some discoes where the music was very different from what he would have liked to play.
This gave him the opportunity to stay behind the console and therefore he never claimed and waited patiently, expecting the right time for him.
In his heart the hardcore had a special place and when he was asked about what he would like to do in his life, he always replied "the hardcore Dj".
“Behind the consolle I feel myself, I was borned for this”.
Meanwhile in another country the other half of the Virus Factory Bruno, was following a very different artist career.
He was born in a family of musicians, Bruno breathed music when he was a child, and his parents’ passion influenced him and at 13 he formed his first group.
At 20 with 4 LP after a degree at the Conservatoire Bruno started to show his attitudes expecially with the guitar.
He co-worked with several musicians, who gave him the possibility to crown his dream, by building his own small Recording Studio, his corner of paradise.
His carrer gained many satisfactions, with several producers,he played rock, jazz, chillhouse, techno, house,tribal… there is no sound genre he hasn’t tried.
When Bruno met Daniele, a new scenary opened and initiated him to a new music sound, the hardcore.
Bruno gave up any other project to get into this adventure.
At the first handshake when they met they felt their in tune.
And what at first seemed to share them, made them get closer and closer and they started collaboration.
Bruno’s experience and Daniele’s genuine enthusiasm were an exploding mix.
A real brotherly friendship besides their common passion made their success.
The years passed by and after different sperimentations alone and together a hardcore LP came out.
The boys were perplexed, they were doubtful about which way to follow, but at the end Daniele’s dream infuenced Bruno.
He was attracted by that new sound he had never faced.
They perfectly knew it would be a hard challenge, but the desire to be successful was stronger.
They decided their way.
They couldn’t look backwards: They were going towards HC Land.
Things were harder then forseen.
The boys realized immediatly that it would be difficult to get into the hardcore Gotha and the disappointment and the slammed doors mined their certainties.
Then, all in a sudden, it came to a turning point.
They were playing with virtual drums and synth, ignoring they had the right solution in their hands and a track drew the attention of Randy who gave the Virus Factory a chance.
Their first record “Virus Control” was issued in May 2006. It was totally successful beyond their hopes with positive consenses from everywhere.
They couldn’t believe in what was happening but they had both feet firmly on the ground.
During next year’s spring always under the “ R909 “ the second E.P of the Virus Factory “ Destroy the night “ is released and their name starts to get attention from the insiders that show their appreciation of their works.
The on-going search of new sounds and a meticulous work studio bring the Virus Factory to refire constantly their technique and their style track after track.
Until the lucky meeting with Paolo ( X-Fly ) and Gianluca ( Edinet Music ) change things.
Every thing is rady for the release of Virus Factory ( Frozen Fire E.P ) label – Fuckoff.
It’s the beginning of a new adventure, the chapter of a story whose ending still needs to be written…………

I destini dei due membri dei Virus Factory si incrociano per la prima volta nel 2003 per poi proseguire nella stessa direzione ogni giorno con lo stesso entusiasmo del primo.
Le loro esperienze passate,le personalità e gli interessi non potrebbero essere più diversi.
Eppure quello che sono riusciti a produrre insieme ha dello sbalorditivo,a dimostrazione che,come scrisse un celebre autore francese,se credi davvero alla forza dei sogni,questi diventeranno realtà.
E i Virus Factory ci hanno creduto fino in fondo,partendo da zero,solo con la voglia di realizzare quello che a prima vista appariva un obiettivo inavvicinabile.
Daniele è cresciuto a latte e hardcore,genere che ha iniziato a suonare nell’oratorio del paese in cui ancora vive fin dall’età di 14 anni.
Si divertiva a creare musicassette mixate da lui per gli amici e il sound hardcore accompagnava buona parte delle sue giornate.
La dimostrazione che aveva l’hardcore nel sangue arrivò quando intraprese alcune esperienze radiofoniche come dj e speaker in alcune radio locali.
Nonostante il genere non potesse essere più lontano da quello che era nelle sue corde,Daniele svolse il suo lavoro con grande impegno e professionalità, guadagnandosi il rispetto e l’ammirazione di chi gli stava attorno.
Ai programmi radiofonici seguirono delle serate come dj in alcuni locali della provincia,locali in cui la musica “ufficiale” era parecchio diversa da quella che lui avrebbe voluto suonare.
Le serate come dj in giro per le discoteche gli offrivano però quello di cui aveva davvero bisogno,stare dietro ad una consolle,e per questo non si lamentava mai ma aspettava paziente,convinto che prima o poi sarebbe arrivato anche il suo momento.
Infatti,nonostante tutto,l’hardcore occupava un posto tutto speciale nel suo cuore e quando gli domandavano che cosa avesse intenzione di fare nella vita,rispondeva sempre “Il dj hardcore.
Dietro alla consolle posso essere davvero me stesso,sono nato per questo”.
Nel frattempo in un altro paese l’altra metà dei Virus Factory,Bruno,sta seguendo una carriera artistica molto diversa.
Nato all’interno di una famiglia di musicisti,Bruno respira musica fin da piccolo,e la passione dei genitori finisce per contagiarlo al punto che,a soli 13 anni,forma il suo primo gruppo.
A 20 anni,con ben quattro dischi alle spalle e con in tasca un diploma al conservatorio, inizia a mettere in mostra le sue qualità,soprattutto con la chitarra.
Da qui hanno inizio numerose collaborazioni con vari musicisti che permettono a Bruno di coronare il suo sogno,quello di crearsi un piccolo studio di registrazione tutto suo,il suo “piccolo angolo di paradiso”.
La sua carriera prosegue,permettendogli di ottenere innumerevoli soddisfazioni,con la collaborazione insieme a vari produttori dei generi più disparati,che vanno dal rock,al jazz, alla chillhouse,techno,house,tribale...non sembra esserci un solo genere in cui Bruno non si sia cimentato in quegli anni! O forse sì,ed è l’incontro con Daniele che apre a Bruno scenari fino a quel momento impensati e lo inizia ad un genere musicale,l’hardcore,che da quel momento si infiltrerà nella sua vita al punto da convincerlo ad abbandonare ogni altro progetto per gettarsi anima e corpo in quella nuova avventura.
Fin dalla prima stretta di mano,il giorno in cui un amico comune li fa incontrare,scatta qualcosa che non si può definire in altro modo che “intesa”.
E,in quel momento,tutto quello che sembrava poterli dividere finisce per farli avvicinare sempre di più,al punto che in breve tempo iniziano una fitta serie di collaborazioni.
L’esperienza di Bruno nel campo della musica e l’entusiasmo genuino di Daniele appaiono fin da subito un mix esplosivo.
A far funzionare così bene il loro sodalizio però,oltre alla comune passione per la musica, inizia a contribuire anche l’amicizia fraterna che sta sbocciando tra di loro.
Gli anni passano e infine,dopo aver sperimentato i più disparati generi musicali,da soli e come gruppo,sul finire del 2004 ecco la folgorazione:un disco hardcore.
I ragazzi sono perplessi,hanno mille dubbi sulla strada da percorrere ma più i giorni passano più quello che è sempre stato il sogno di Daniele finisce per contagiare anche Bruno che,giorno dopo giorno,si fa prendere sempre più da quel sound per lui così nuovo e col quale non si è mai confrontato.
Sanno bene che sarà una sfida dura,ma la voglia di sfondare davvero ha il sopravvento su tutto.
Così è deciso,la direzione è stata scelta e il dado è tratto.Non ci si può più voltare indietro:si va verso HARDCORELAND!
Ma le cose si rivelano fin da subito più difficili del previsto.
I ragazzi capiscono subito che non sarà facile entrare nel gotha dell’hardcore e le delusioni e le tante porte sbattute in faccia minano più volte le loro certezze.
Poi,la svolta:un pezzo nato in una sera,giocando con casse virtuali e tastiera,del tutto ignari di aver per le mani la carta vincente che può chiudere la partita,attira l’attenzione di Randy che alla fine decide di dare una possibilità ai Virus Factory.
Nel maggio 2006 esce il loro primo disco,Virus Control,che supera ogni più entusiastica previsione e miete consensi entusiastici su più fronti.
I ragazzi faticano a credere a tutto quello che sta accadendo,eppure cercano di rimanere coi piedi ben ancorati a terra.
L’obiettivo rimane sempre lo stesso:far ballare il popolo hardcore sparso in ogni angolo del mondo.
Nella primavera dell’anno seguente sempre sotto la r909,esce il secondo E.P dei Virus Factory “ Destroy the night “,e il loro nome comincia ad imporsi all’attenzione degli addetti hai lavori,che dimostrano di apprezzare le loro produzioni.
La continua ricerca di suoni nuovi e un meticoloso lavoro in studio portano i Virus Factory a migliorare costantemente la loro tecnica e il loro stile traccia dopo traccia.
Fino a quando il fortunato incontro con Paolo ( x-fly ) e Gianluca ( Edinet Music ) non rimescolano nuovamente le carte in tavola.
Tutto è pronto per la relaise dei Virus factory ( Frozen Fire E.P )” Label -Fuck off “.
E’ l’inizio di una nuova avventura,il capitolo di una storia il cui finale è ancora tutto da scrivere…
