The Strength and Conditioning Program is over seen by CSCS Certified (Strength and Conditioning Specialists) Trevor Shaw and Eric Oconnell. Both Trevor and Eric have bachelor's degrees in Exercise Science from Springfield College, MA. Between the two, they have over 15 years of experience training everyone from the average person to Division 1 football players and professional fighters. You can be assured that the Armory Strength and Conditioning Program is the best in the area.

Everyone Interested. We are located in South Daytona just south of the intersection of Beville Rd and Nova Rd. Our address is 1725 S. Nova Rd unit D-7 in the Stoneworks Business Plaza. Walk-ins are always welcome. No prior experience needed.
