Jonny Ezell

I'm from Decatur, Al. and I haven't ever really gone too far away for any long period of time. Some feel that this could be a minor setback for my creativity as far as my music is concerned, but I'm optimistic and would much rather believe that I'm creative enough to make up for any lack of travel with my own point of view. I've been involved with music in some shape, form, or fashion for my entire life. Whether it was dancing and "singing" (I found out later that I can't sing) in the kitchen to an old Michael Jackson record for my folks, performing opening acts for artists such as Mystikal and Pastor Troy with B. Sykes (check out his page; he's also pursuing a solo career), performing at my own show as the headliner, or recently producing my own sound for myself ("Thankxx", "Down In The Country") and other artists. With regards to music production, I have a major in the rap and hip-hop genre with a diverse minor in R&B, Soul, and Inspirational musics as well. I have tracks for sale all day....everyday, so its up to you to message me and get the ball rolling. Personally, I'm a really laid-back, friendly person that loves life and laughter. Defining characteristics are honesty and dependability (sometimes brutally honest, sometimes too dependable). I'm far above average in the creativity department, at least I've been told so. I call it "just doin' MY thing, MY way". I'm also ambitious, imaginative, lyrical, melifluous, stubborn, persistant, and humble all rolled into one guy....to know me is to love me. I've learned to love ALL aspects of life...the ups, downs, and all of the in-betweens because life is fleeting and is gone before we know it. Plus, anything that happens to us happens because our Creator wills it be as to define each of us as the individuals that we are. I've been blessed also, with the invaluable ability to see clean through "bullshit", so as you visit my page or message me, please be so kind as to leave it at home. Professionally, I'm a firefighter to keep the bills paid until I realize my dream of self-employment or at least gainful employment within the music industry. Each day is a day closer.
