So anyway, I'm David, a 37-year-old man from Adelaide in South Australia. I'm 6'1" tall, about 90kg, dark brown hair with some grey in it now (I've been told it looks alright and somewhat distinguished...) and blue eyes. I work in IT and have a great job.
As for my hobbies and interests - well to start with there's sport, sport and more sport. I'll make no bones about it. I love playing and watching sport, particularly Australian Rules Football in the winter and cricket in the summer. I also have season tickets to the Adelaide Crows. To me sport is two teams of people and a ball of some description (or the Olympics) - I can't stand motor racing and 'extreme' sports hold minimal interest to me.
Now this isn't to say that all I do is live, eat and breathe sport! I do have some other interests. I love going to movies, and I have quite a reasonable DVD collection. I love comedy and love laughing - and have no problem laughing at myself either! I'm also really big on trivia and quiz nights - in fact I've been on a few Australian TV Quiz Shows before! I also have a pet cat that demands some of my attention too, and would love a dog like a Kelpie or a Border Collie one day. As for my past, yes I am divorced and I have a beautiful 6 and a half year old daughter that lives with her mother, but that I get to see on a regular basis. My daughter and I have a great relationship and we love having fun together, and I enjoy teaching her as much as I can.
I do love to travel overseas and have been to Japan and the USA twice each and NZ, England, western Europe and Thailand once each. I can (still) speak fluent Japanese as well. If I've peaked your interest, sorry but if you want to know more you'll have to ask!
