Tatyanna began studying musical theater at the Dickerson Performing Arts Center in Merrick, NY where she learned ballet, jazz, adn tap dance. This spawned a true love of the Arts including singing, dancing, acting, as well as drawing. She left the Dickerson Performing Arts Center in 1998 and joined Pat's Dance Studio in Baldwin, NY where she studied various dance styles such as african, ballet, tap, pointe, modern, and jazz. After participating in The Knicks City Dancers bootcamp held at Hofstra University in 2003, she decided to join the Venettes Cultural Workshop, an african-american dance/voice/drama group then located in Wyandanch, NY. During 2005-2008, she also enrolled in several classes at the Broadway Dance Center in NYC.
Throughout her life, Tatyanna was also heavily involved in school mucials/productions.

-dancer/vocalist/company in "Don't Bother me, I Can't Cope"...Uniondale High School, 10th grade
-co-choreographer/lead vocalist/dancer in "It Ain't Nothing But the Blues"...Uniondale High School, 11th grade
-choreographer/asst. director/co-producer/lead vocalist/Sophisticated Lady in "Sophisticated Ladies"...Uniondale High School, 12th grade
-dancer/singer in "Superman the musical"...Duke University, Spring 2009
-lead in "Gulag Follies"...Duke University, Spring 2009
-Crystal in "Little Shop of Horrors"...Duke University, Spring 2009.
-Set designer in "Godspell"...Duke University, Fall 2009.
Currently, Tatyanna sings Bass in a Duke University all-female a cappella group named "Lady Blue", and tenor in Duke University's gospel choir named "United in Praise." She is a theater major and dance minor and is participating in a theater studies program in London, UK for the summer of 2009. Tatyanna has had an extremely bright past and she hopes that the future only continues to get brighter.
