Florence Fight Farm

Florence Fight Farm is a group of Florence County’s foremost Mixed Martial Arts enthusiasts. We’ve set out with a goal to bring MMA training to the Pee Dee region.Currently training sessions run Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 6:30 and 8:30pm. Classes typically begin with stretches and warm up exercises. We then move onto standing techniques, both orthodox and Thai boxing. These workouts are mostly footwork and pad drills with light sparring. We train in our 18' cage (the only one for 70 miles in any direction) as well as in the classroom. Next is the grappling portion in which we use wrestling and No-gi jujitsu to improve our ground game. We conclude the evening with free roll.We have worked hard to establish ourselves in a short time and have gained respect from other MMA schools in the southeast. We are well on our way to putting Florence on the MMA map. We invite anyone interested in training or sponsorship to come on out.
