About Me

UPDATE 10/1/06People are asking if this is the end of Scorch. Well we hat to say it but it's only the begging of a new chapter in our world of metal and we have been working on our second album. As soon as we get some clips from the upcoming album I promise to post it up here on this site. Just let me tell you it's going to be worth the wait. Reason why it's been so long is that we made some great changes with our group and wanted to make everything perfect for this album. There is no reason to worry; the line up for this band has remained the same. This week production has stooped due to Russ going to Los Angeles for a Music Conference, but when he returns we will finish up the rhythm guitar tracks and should be moving forward by the end of October. In the mean time, please help us spread the word of metal. When this album is finished we thought about venturing back out in the Midwest and hit the major cities around Detroit. But that is still in discussing, let..s get this album done first and then conquer the world second. In the mean time, keep the metal going spread the world that we are coming back.We really appreciate everyone..s support, especially our street teamers! (E-mail me if you..re interested in helping to spread the Scorch word.) Using Myspace and other websites and promoters have helped us out a ton. The bottom line is that we do what we do because we love it. We work our asses off in the name of metal and keeping the scene alive. We love performing and hanging out with everyone at all the shows. Nothing is better than having the privilege to perform and express our emotions. That..s what it's all about for us: connecting with people and the passion for metal.See you in the pit!
