I practice Bok Fu - it's a martial art comprised of many different styles of martial arts. I am also a volleyball freak. I also love weightlifting, playing sports, blading, biking, drawing, reading, writing, watching anime, playing games, singing, dancing, and cooking. Prolly a lot more other stuff, but oh well. You want to know? ask me. IM me. I don't care. ^_^
Hmm...I'd have to say that I'd love meeting Frances Ruffles (she did Eponine in Les Miserables), Matthew Perry (of Friends fame), Bruce Willis (ok - if you don't know who he is, then...you're living under a rock...hehe), and Amanda Peet (the Whole 9/10 yards. Oh and George Carlin. He's a genius with words :)You've got to add the entire cast of Firefly here too (including Mr. Whedon). That series is one of the finest shows I've ever seen!
I like a little bit of everything - here are some examples of what I've been listening to recently:Evanescence, Linkin Park, the soundtracks from Fruits Basket and .Hack, Eminem, Pink, Dido, Avril Lavigne, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Bryan Adams, Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, Little Mermaid, Tarzan, Soundgarden, Temple of the Dog, Pearl Jam, Dave Matthews Band, POD, System of a Down, TATU, Trapt....is that enough?
The Whole 9 Yards, Once Upon a Time in China, Anime (LOTS of it), A Few Good Men, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Mary Poppins (other classic disney as well), Dogma, Pirates of the Carribean, 10 Things I Hate About You, The Green Mile, Legend of the Drunken Master, the Matrix series, Harry Potter, Serenity, and many, many more. I'm kind of a movie slut I guess...
There's been a lot of good TV on lately - but right now, I'm watching Burn Notice, Good Eats, and America's Got Talent (I'm not sure why I like this show...but I do like it!). Beyond that, I don't make much time for TV, though, I heard Jewel Staite is going to be on Stargate Atlantis, so I'll start watching that soon too!
I'm currently doing audio books for a few of my favorite books - The Diamond Age (Neal Stephenson), Snow Crash (Neal Stephenson), and The Da Vinci Code (Dan Brown). I'm also reading a bunch of Magic the Gathering books, manga, comics, and...technical reference books. I really enjoy them - I love learning new things!
I wish I could have something really inspiring to say here, but I don't. As much as I can say that I love and respect a lot of people, I've never really been able to say I thought of someone in this regard.
