I am here for Networking

About Me

A passionate 49er and SF Giants fan who still loves Candlestick Park for it's 5 Super Bowl Championships, numerous winning seasons by the 49ers and of course Tuesday night Giants games against the Marlins where 9,000 people attended. I love to read alomst anything newspapers, books, magazines occasionally. I enjoy History, most things media related and am fascinated by human social interaction. When I go somewhere in the outdoors or historical I can put myself there in my mind and it makes most expierences much better. Last but not least; Go Baby Bouncies my awesome kickball team! "Which reality is actually more powerful: that of the present, instantly absorbed by our senses and discernable, or the memory of what we experienced previously? Is the present truly more real than the past?"

My Interests

Baseball, baseball defines America. The perils that baseball has gone through have absolutely mimicked American perils. Secondly reading, I love to read. My 8th grade teacher told me and my parents that kids who read will succeed and I believe it until this day. Football. Football is the imperfect half of baseball. In baseball a player can be perfect. 4 for 4 is perfect for that game. But nothing is perfect in football, which is why they go so good together. fumbles, interceptions, sacks, etc. every play is a mystery without perfection. But the beautiful thing about football is they succeed without perfection. I like to write, however I don't think I am very good, yet. And I question my own writing ability more than anyone else will ever question my writing ability. The internet, it may sound kinda lame but the only reason why anyone is reading this is because of the internet. The possibilities are absolutely endless and it will continue to revolutinze our world.

I'd like to meet:

Micheal Moore, Joe Montana (again), Steve Young, The entire band Metallica, My next girlfriend parents and make a good impression, A teacher who truly inspires me and my moms dad who passed away before I was born.

Music:

Wow, how does anybody answer this question. I'll make an attempt...Culture Club, Beatles, Metallica, Jack Johnson, Cat Stevens, Paul Simon, Incubus, Ruby Horse, G-Love & The Special Sauce, Blue Man Group, Chili Peppers. man, I'm kinda brain farting right now I may have to come back to this one.

Movies:

It is interesting I never wrote anything in here before. There are many movies that I really like. Brave Heart, Some Kind of Monster, Rushmore, Mall Rats, Chasing Amy, Dogma, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, Clerks, Stewie Movie, Mad Max, Spun, Rules of Attraction, Shakespeare in Love, The Burbs...you get the point.

Television:

Family guy, Simpsons, CSI: Las Vegas, I hate to admit it but the OC, Cheers, Mash, Quantum Leap, Sportscenter...jeez, that is already to much and I hope there isn't anything else

Books:

1984, Journey to Ixtlan, The Alchemist, Brave New World, The Celebrant, Moneyball, SF Giants Media Guide, Crime and Punishment, The image, You Know Me Al, and what ever book I am currently reading.

Heroes:

Hmmm....Joe Montana....I know, I know, but let's see you throw that pass to Dwight Clark! Willie Mays..I never saw him play except for in highlight reels but the stories that my dad told me were enough. Muhammid Ali (Cassius Clay), any one man that is willing to give up what he worked so hard for because of something he believed in that strongly should be everybodys hero. JFK, launched America towards the moon, sent the American military when the Arkansas national guard didn't do anything during our attempt at de-segregation. Generally, he was a uniter for the country during a turbulent time. My father, not really a surprise though he probably doesn't know that. Taught me the foundation of practically everything I know. I would not be the person I am today without him, and for that I give him endless thanks. So many thanks that I don't think our lives are going to be long enough together for me to express them all...
