Decaying Productions is an independent film group based out of Minneapolis, MN . Founded in late 2006 by Sean Ryan Cook, writer/directer/producer.
We specailize in in making films on a nonexistant budget. In the last year Decaying Productions has collaborated with many differant local artists to make two finished shorts, and one commercial for a local business.
