Alter Ego (Tal Williams, Phil 'Dr. Chronic' Cooper, Gerwyn 'Bassmaster Franklin' Jakeway and Mike Cooper) are a four-piece band from the sunny old Rhondda Valleys. For many years now, we have been traversing the many ravines and canyons of the valleys and listening to the music scene and the bands it had to offer. Apart from a few exceptions, the overall feeling was one of dissatisfaction. So we decided to make our own band. Our aim is simple - we want to make music that makes people feel the same way we do when we listen to our favourite bands. We are well aware that rock and roll recycles itself all the time and we take advantage of that. We want to make you enjoy, think, scream and run around the place like crazy - WHATEVER REACTION YOU CHOOSE! We are not fussy. So drop by and check us out. Get involved, you scabby lot!
