Lea Goodrem management offer management services to artists and bands that need to be taken to the next level in there career. Lea, has set up her own music management company and signed her first band. She's been working on setting up her own company, Lea Goodrem Management, for about 18 months, signing Sydney-based rock pop outfit Inakin. The band - Josh, Shane, Aaron and Rick - are aged between 23 and 27 and are in the process of writing an album, which should be released later this year. "They are rock but they work very well with ballads and soft stuff as well." Lea managed her daughter Delta for a number of years, helping the singer become one of the country's highest selling musical artists in recent years. Delta is now based in Los Angeles, where she has been working on cracking the competitive but lucrative American market.
