LOGIC [NEW MUZIK]

LOGIC was born Marcus Walker in Sylacauga, AL times were rough as a young child. Poverty and violenced ruled most of the area where he was from. But one day he was inspired by his cousin Ray "Lil G" Swain that he should try rapping out and with the quick uprising of mentor and next door neighbor Marty "Mr. Hop" Graham it seemed perfectly logical to try it out. But after the incarceration of Lil G and the fatal car accident of Mr. Hop things seemed dismal. But in 2002 hope came when LOGIC's cousin Chris "CHOP G" Goodgame hooked up wit childhood friend Travanti "Quea" Dates and asked LOGIC to join the group calling it the Complex Mindz on 3rd World Ent. llc. The group recieved mild success by opening shows for T.I. and Pastor Troy in 2003 but with financial problems brewing they could not reach a far enough radius of marketing and promotion throughout the region and it caused the group to separate. LOGIC then joined forces with Alabama's elite producer C-4 of Bombsite Ent. LOGIC had a 3 year stint with Bombsite and then decided it was time to stand on his own two feet and begin purchasing studio equipment and aquiring beats from superproducers such as Macy Miller of 210 Ent. and Mr. Moon of Gofobroke Ent. and formed his own imprint called Young Slum Ent. He is now ready to release his first mixtape and album under Young Slum Ent. in Spring of 2009.
