So I'll start with the basic info I guess.My name is Woody and I'm 30 years old. I have dark blond hair most of the time, and dark blue eyes. I am 5 foot 10 inches tall, and float between 160 and 175 depending on the season. Though fortunately, its been a while since Ive crossed the 170 threshold. I have a total of 8 tattoos and 5 piercings if you dont count my ears which I havent worn in years.I was born in Cleveland, Ohio. I grew up in a few cities in Ohio, and spent a few summers in Louisianna. I'm not quite a city boy, and not quite a country boy, but I can enjoy and carry my own in either. If I had to choose one or the other, Id definately choose the city life though for many reasons, though the obvious (if you know me) is food!I have a significant hearing loss, and the older I get, the more it seems to be cause for some difficulty. I tend to not like going out to bars, but dont really mind clubs. The big difference between them for me is that in both, Im almost always unable to communicate effectively. I try to watch lips, and turn my head the right way, not stand in line of speakers or things like that, but I just cant understand much. A few of my friends are very good at compensating, but its not an easy task. Clubs offer me an option of being able to dance and enjoy hearing, without having to be concentrating. I admit, sometimes I am too embarassed to say "what" or "excuse me" a third time, so I pretend I heard and hope it wasnt a question which warrents an answer.I used to know a fair ammount of sign language, and if youre a former classmate of mine, you know I was in the hearing impaired homeroom and math classes. Unlike riding a bike, I seem to have lost a lot of my signing skill. Which makes it difficult for me to fit into that crowd. So I plan to take classes again soon to take advantage of the fact that I used to know it, and hope that it comes easily out of my memory!I am a chef, and used to own my own restaurant.
