Total Commitment Tattooing is located at 55 Main Street in East Conemaugh. Frank Sandoval Jr. is the owner and operator with help from his wife Amy (Secretary/Shop Manager). The staff at Total Commitment tattooing greet you as if you were one of the family. Total Commitment Tattooing offers a full range of tattoo services. The work can be seen in our photos, which are updated daily. Total Commitment Tattooing offers a variety of merchandise available to the public. Our current selection can be seen in our "Merchandise 4 Sale" album under photos. We offer t-shirts, mugs, beer steins and now airbrushed t-shirs. Keep watching as the selection will be growing weekly.
