ONOMATOPOEIA

Aural/Visual/Visceral Trance n' Dance Muzack for the Zed Generation! One dark and stormy night in 1988, lacking much else better to do, a certain bored but imaginative trio inexplicably decided to start banging and scraping on the walls, floor and furnishings of the sparse, tiny apartment that sheltered them from the rain. The next day, feeling inspired, they paid a visit to a local junkyard, where they ended up doing much more of the same. Whilst there, digging and rooting around for "cool sounds", they discovered and uncovered many not-so-shiny objects of interest that were plundered and taken back home for further study. Taking stock of their vast hordes of priceless treasures, they realized they must quickly devise a plan to obtain a space that could accomodate them and all of their new "musical" toys. And lo and behold, almost as quickly as the plan itself, they found the perfect place, with a basement, by the freeway, that would later be lovingly dubbed The Psychedelic Wounded Ceiling, and the birth of Onomatopoeia....
