Our mission: To educate and empower independent artists.As the music industry changes, artists are finding themselves taking more control of their careers than ever before. But one area that remains mystifying to many artists, regardless of experience, is touring. Monarch Entertainment was created to provide independent artists with the tools that they need to create and book their own tours.Beginning in July 2008, we will be launching a new subscription service for independent artists - a simple, user-friendly way for musicians from across the country to network in order to create their own tours and to be better prepared to succeed at their business.Monarch Entertainment was founded in 2006 by Melody King, a former booking agent at The Agency Group, one of the largest international booking agencies in the world. Melody’s former clients include The Ataris, American Hi-Fi, Copeland, Anberlin, Bayside, The Juliana Theory, Butch Walker, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Mest, and many others.
