Rappers I Know is run by FWMJ, MC/Producer Kay (The Foundation / Together Brothers) & Producer The ARE (Trackmasters / Together Brothers / formerly of K-Otix), two friends he met in Houston, Texas while attending Rice University in the late 1990s.
FWMJ started this website with Kay in fall 2005 to provide themselves and friends of their's a platform to present some of the music they were creating to the world; music that might otherwise go unnoticed simply because of the region it was recorded in—The South.
The site and project has grown in scope and ambition as they’ve continued the project, met new friends, and set new goals. Big things, soon come. Hope you stick around.
