La Break Center

Started up in 2006, LA BREAK CENTER is a french electronic label based in the eastside of Paris suburbs, in a place called Val Mobb. The label's purpose is to promote the music that its foundators have been producing for a over a decade.
The people involved in this musical adventure share a common taste for partying, digging records and have already been in music production for years. 12 individuals join together and use their skills and complementarity to produce and promote their "Val Mobb Electro Bass"
Eclectism in its purest form, from the visions of the electro-pop forefathers to the oldschool styles of Electro-Funk, through the latest flavours of Ghetto-Bass Music.
We grew up in the 80's listening to a wide range of popular music and the electronic sounds were the new things back then. Today we keep producing our stuff with the spirit of this era, with mostly vintage samplers, beatboxes, keyboards and effects.Most of our tracks are still recorded on 1/4 inch Analog tapes.
We try to link the spirit of the 77-85 era , the warmth of analog gear and the brand new styles of Electronic music,whether it's underground or mainstream.
