.. -- Amie Street Player -- ..I Marlon Minott a.k.a. Marly_B a Man born out of a very large musical family, is the founder and Proud owner of the ill-Matic brand. Ill-Matic was formed out of no where, i run a little stall in the muagrave market in Port Antonio being the first Rasta in the market with a computer plus armed with a vast amount of skills and experience in the music business living in a place like Portland with it's natural beauty and a vast amount of talented people form east to west north to south. After coming here in the year 2002 doing business and making friends one day a friend of mines name Ramsey brought Brain to meet me because i was always making tracks on the computer and, my worker name (Omar A.K.A. Booka, Jah bless his soul he passed away) use to DJ on the tracks on the little computer mic that comes with the computer in my stall. So After meeting Brain he brought all his friends that like to dj, so i found myself packed up in the stall every day with all there artist. As time went on i found out that i was really training these group of guys how to be a more complete artist. The first suscess came when after working with these guys i influenced Cavon to enter the Digilcel Rising Star Contest and you already know the result of that. You might have seen me on one of his interviews but they Digicel and G-Jam took over everything. Everything changed when that storm name IVAN bluw the wind of change i turned the stall into a studio. It was one of the smartest thing i have ever done in my life. Because now am the owner of my own record label (ill-Matic Records inc) lisece for 10years starting in Otober 2006. Now we are working on our first record release the name of the Track is (INJUSTICE RIDDIM). So far we have Shadrock, Brain, Bobby Platinum, Night Hawk, Wiseman, Doctor Fish, and Lawrence Scott on the riddim.
