About Me

The Midwest Trident Challenge is an athletic competition developed by the U.S. Navy SEALs to promote physical fitness. The SEALs have used this competition for many years and it's a program they want to introduce nationally to coaches and fitness professionals. This competition is an opportunity for civilians to put themselves to the test and see how they stack up against the Navy's best. The competition is OPEN TO EVERYONE, young and old, male and female. If you want to have the Midwest Trident Challenge at your school, YMCA, gym, etc.... you can contact the Coordinator at (402) 926-8120 or [email protected] OUT MY VIDEO SECTION!
