Marvin Stone. He invented the straw. I love him.
Bill W. - his story and legacy is amazing.
Cesar Milan - he changed my life! :)
my radio tends to hop between k-frog, k-go, jack fm, ksgn and air-1 ... i enjoy live music as long as i can understand and enjoy the chorus. i also prefer songs that leave me with a smile rather than an empty feeling.
as long as it has a happy ending, interesting story and a cute lead or two, then i'm in for at least one view. if it doesn't meet that criteria then i'll probably be asleep within the first 5 minutes.
i no longer have a "gotta see" tv show. my channel surfing and recorded picks are about as random as it gets.
Update: I've foudn myself helplessly addicted to a few shows as I've discovered how WONDERFUL seasons on dvd really are. I'm a huge fan now of LOST, Entourage, Arrested Development (Save the Bluths!) and Sex & the City. These dvd seasons are awesome because if the show has already ended its run then you know exactly what you're getting yourself in to ... and for the shows that are still on the air, it's instant gratification since there's no waiting until it airs again next week!
interestingly ... i've enjoyed and learned more about friendship, life, history and science through the books i've read aloud to/with my students than all of my college text ... if it can't keep a second grader's attention then i'd rather wait for the movie. :)
Jesus - men and women serving our country - policemen and firemen - hard working americans who wake every morning and dutifull make their contribution - be it "big" or "small" - to society (insert song - I'm Proud to be an American)
