So, my sweet CJM and I are expecting our first little one. Yes, we were completely caught by surprise (although we had been planning and trying for one.) I guess when you have faith you can overcome any adversity. Our little miracle is due on July 18th....just so happens to be CJM's birthday, as well. Just when we think it can't get any better....it does. I just hope she has his smile...and his eyes....and his hands....well, you get the point!I'm pretty quirky but for some reason, he gets me.I am not glamorous, but he thinks I am beautiful.I can be extremely intelligent...but I have no common sense....and he thinks it's cute.He's pretty sensitive for a boy and I dig that.He's a snuggler and I hope he stays that way.I seize every opportunity possible to engage in childish behavior.He usually prefers to stay in. But indulges me when I want to go out.He tells me when I make him smile. And I do the same.He's going to be the best daddy (aside from mine) in the world.Although we crave the chaos of being young and irresponsible college kids sometimes, we are ridiculously settled.I absolutely adore my CJM. Just ask him :)
I have a group of friends I would die for. I like red wine and guinness beer. I wear my uggs all the time. I am addicted to ginger snaps. I can't wait to be a mommy. I obsess over my fingernails. I stalk celebrity gossip websites. I hate talking on the phone. I love playing spider solitaire. I could watch the Notebook, Serendipity and FIghtclub over and over and over and never tire of them. Orange is my favorite color. and black....when my CJM wears it. We like being jackasses to each other. If you have seen Serendipity, you know what that means.
