Concepts:
Noises are a record of a specific combination of circumstances and objects in a given but infinite space. A noise recording is a 3-dimensional expression of pure existence and diminishing your distance to (or entering) the noise, allows for a micro experience that also reflects the cycles of the macro.
I start with a palette of pure noises and attempt to arrange them in a fashion that corresponds with a specific strand of consciousness driven experience.
As the universal orbits form the basis of all life and stability, they create repeating noise and tone based patterns. The base notion behind my work is, at best, an homage to this simple and critical truth.
Do things exist to be observed or do all things observe themselves?
