Earl received salvation at the age of eleven. Born a member of the Outreach Missionary Baptist church, Earl entered into a reverent awareness of God's presence when hearing the pastor give the illustration of how our lives mirror that of a butterfly. Starting out much less than beautiful, undergoing extreme metamorphosis, and after the process is complete, the plan that God spoke of in the book of Jeremiah finally come to fullness, and the underdeveloped immature caterpillar, is transformed into a mature butterfly, soaring God's sky majestic and free. "It absolutely changed my life" Earl says. Earl recognized his gift to sing and play music in the third grade, and has served as minister of music at several churches in the Houston, TX area since the age of twelve. Earl is current a member and worship leader at the Abundant Love Christian Center in Clear Lake, TX. Now a psalmist and composer, Earl has written several songs that he believes tugs at the heart strings and feels for the very pulse of God. He has made Worship his lifestyle, and with much conviction and passion encourages the body of Christ to do the same. When asked, "What's your motivation?"
