My name is Bonnie and I am the founder & director of Healthy Beautiful Wellness in Elizabeth, NJ.
My mission is to provide valuable one-on-one support to people who want to eat better in order to live vibrant and healthy lives. I work with people who want to eat right but need help incorporating healthy foods into their diets without depriving themselves of foods that also taste really good!
A huge goal of mine is to help clear up some of the confusion around food and dieting in the United States. There is a lot of hype in the media about what is and isn't "good for you" - in fact, myths & lies about food are all over the place! Luckily, healthy eating is not really all that complicated! I would personally love to help other Americans separate true nutrition from all the corporate marketing out there.

Aside from work, I grew up in a suburb of Philadelphia, PA and went to college in Ithaca, NY. I moved to New Jersey in 2004 to work at the George Sreet Playhouse and just never left. (I was a professional stage manager for five years before I realized that my true calling was in the alternative health industry.)
My current hobbies right now include finding playgrounds with swingsets large enough for adults, driving too fast while listening to great music, going outside as much as possible, and hanging out with my hot boyfriend Rob. I believe that having a great soundtrack is really the secret to life. ;)
