I am a veteran of the United States Army Military Police Coprs. I served for three years and did it proudly. I was in Germany for eighteen months and then in Texas for a year. I have attended two Bible colleges and have a BS in missions from the last one. I also earned two AAs degrees in Culinary Art Management and Pastry and Baking from culinary school.I grew up on a farm and work hard while I as there. We raised cattle, and had several horses. I used to hunt and we would eat what I got. It wasn't essential that I hunt, I just liked to be in the woods. The silence and the sound of the wind in the trees was a balm to the soul.I am foremost a Christian man. My faith is very important to me. It has help to sustain me through several hard times. I believe that without my faith I would not be alive today. I am grateful to the Lord for all that He has given to me. I am also grateful for the gift of being able to write poems. This is a way to express some of the things that I feel but can say out loud.
