I really love long, romantic walks on the beach.(<-kinda) I like kitties.(<-ish) Um and I like puppies.(<-mostly) I also like to lie A LOT.(<-actually, that's not true) Ok for real, though, I have lived in Mason City my whole life...but I tend to get a little antsy so I move to a new apartment every few years or so. I've worked as a licensed agent assistant at an insurance agency- I find it to be equal parts challenging & fun. Uhh...I've not had much luck finding -as Oasis would put it- my "Wonderwall". In the meantime, though, I'm pretty content being single for as long as it takes! .....Now, here are some things you must be just dying to know about me: ~ As a kid, I got up every morning to do Picture Pages with Bill Cosby ~ I can't sleep with socks on. ~ I have been accused of being abrasive & unapproachable. I'm sure that a couple of those accusations have been formidable ones, but I'm usually pretty laid back. ~ I believe in divine intervention. ~ I don't think that revenge can actually right a wrong, but I do believe it can be reeaally fun!! ~ I believe that, gay or straight, you can't help who you fall in love with and everyone should be afforded equal rights to pursue that love to whichever extent they are moved. ~ I am never, ever early for anything, ever. ~ I have the same sense of humor as Beavis & Butthead. ~ I hold grudges. ~ As bitter a pill as the truth can be to swallow, I have trouble sugar-coating things. If you want your news broken to you gently, I am not the messenger for you. ~ I am uninterested in tabloid gossip. ~ I read the dictionary. ~ I laugh when people trip...it's always funny. ~ I try to take my camera everywhere. You never know, you may be recording history! ~ I'm still trying stave off any unhappiness in my life with material things, but I am comfortable in the fact that, while money might not be able to buy real happiness, it can buy a cell phone that, at the end of the day, I can program to tell me how cool I am...and there's just no putting a price tag on fake adulation.
