DJ Mejustik was first introduced to music at the age of 12. He started DJing with his uncle, DJ Maceo (now Jamm Nation) at clubs, restaurants, and other venues around the city of Toronto. Also at the age of 12, Trevor started to learn to play the trombone at his elementary school. This continued into his high school years where he was quickly recognized as one of the best trombone players in the school. When he was 16 he joined with another teen and started to DJ as part of Reggalatorz sound crew. They played shows in Toronto, Montreal, Buffalo, and Brooklyn, New York. In 2004, he branched off to pursue DJing on his own, and in March of 2007, he joined with Canada's 1 Soca Sound - D'Enforcas. Now, being an honours graduate of the Harris Institute for the Arts, he is producing, mixing, and mastering records, and with his partners, Marly Marl & Bass Line, they're taking Toronto by storm!
