Kristina was born in Cologne, Germany, and lived in New York City for 18 years (1987-2005). During that time she studied music (MA from Queens College) and performed on drums/percussion with Kenwood Dennard, Cyro Baptista, John Zorn, Cibo Mato, Pizzicato Five and recorded for the Directors of Stomp and many others. Concert appearances include Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Madison Square Garden, and Central Park/Summerstage (NYC); international appearances include Pori Jazz Festival, Willisau Jazz Festival, Guimaraes Jazz Festival, Carre (Amsterdam), Phillipszaal (Maastricht), Vredenburg (Den Haag), Vooruit (Gent), and Culturgest (Lisbon). 2005 she moved back to Cologne, where she focuses on composing and producing her own music. 2008 she released her debut album "For All People" available for download through online music stores like iTunes and Amazon. Frequent solo performances as well as for Frank Köllges Missiles Orchestra.
