About Me

I’m a singer/songwriter from Michigan. I love to write! The first song on here is for my Dad before he passed away. Please leave your feed back and let me know what you think of all of them. If you are an artist and you are interested in recording any of my material, please let me know.I also play out in the Detroit-Metro area. I play cover-tunes for those gigs, mostly. The one thing that is important ,for me, is for people to have a great time, so I try to play sing-a-longs and songs that you’d be surprised about. I really like to try and be different.Mostly, I play solo. On occasion, though, you can catch me with Tony (in my friend’s list), Craig Frankenstein (from the Sofa Kings), Jeff Richardson (bassist for Step 13 and Orchid Pool), Guido (bassist for Spirit of 76), Jeff Ceresnie (drummer from Masquerade), Don Scarcella ( guitarist from Every Last Day, Pat Brennan Band)... The list goes on.I have been honored and priveleged to play with some of the best guys in the Detroit-Metro area. Sometimes, you can never tell who is going to show up!There are alot of friends that are musicians in my list, if you get the chance, please check them out. Meg and Tony or Joey Spina are excellent! All the bands I have as friends are also great! Myspace Backgrounds

Influences: Just about everything I've ever heard. I love all styles of music. If I don't love it, I can appreciate it where it comes from. My favorite singers are Paul Carrack, Paul Rodgers, Michael Bolton, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder...the list goes on and on! My favorite songwriters are probably as diverse. From John Hyatt to Bryan Adams to Johnny Cash to Edwin McCain. Probably every writer in Nashville right now! You can't help but love a good story or a great love song. I think everything begins with the "song". If you can play it acoustically and people really connect with it, you can do almost anything to it and have a great hit.
