About Me

hey guys, you probably already know all this stuff but...im 21 years old, a female, im an australian, I have just graduated from university with a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations), I work in a music store, I love music, playing the drums, going out with my friends and dancing is a favorite thing to do. I am very politically minded and opinionated, I cant help it. My mum has resticted me to only discussing the weather and never politics and religion. My most valued possesions are my brothers watch, my 21st birthday ring, my world globe and my photos. I went overseas 2 years ago and have caught the traveling bug, I plan to go to China next year and teach english and on the way, stop to visit my international friends (you know who you are). I think that im a loyal friend who seems to always solve everyones problems, (yes my opinion is needed everywhere :P) But I must say that once bitten twice shy, in other words dont betray me, I can be evil. But you all know this because you ARE my friends, no need to go on.

My Interests

The biggest interest in my life is travelling. I want to discover new parts of the world and meet up with all my american and english friends. I miss them. New interest as of today..yes thats right im learning to play the drums, rock on!

Music:

I'm really into the old music, like Led Zepplin, AC/DC, The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, The Beatles, The Doors, Janis Joplin, Creedence Clearwater Revial, Steve Wonder, Van Morrison,Alice in Chains etc... I also like some bands of today, (some of them are Australian) the Killers, the Artic Monkeys, Wolfmother, Powderfinger, Augie March, the John Butler Trio, Xavier Rudd, Ben Harper, Eskimo Joe, The Fray, Gomez, John Mayer, Grinspoon, Oasis, The Kaiser Chiefs, The Red Hot Chili Peppers and the list goes on.....

Movies:

This is way too hard! I like a good action movie, a romanitic comedy and anything to do with the mob, but I hate horror movies, I can handle the gore I just hate the stories, just too scary. If I had to choose, the Godfather series would be up there, the Holiday, Pulp Fiction, Blood Diamond, The Departed, anything with Ben Stiler, Owen Wilson and Will Farrell, James Bond, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter Lock, Stock and two Smoking Barrels, Star Wars, anything Jane Austen Love Actually, Apocolypto, and Sin City...Im sure there are more but I cant think of anymore

Television:

I love Greys Anatomy!!!!! Sex and the City The Sopranos Nip/Tuck Deadwood NCIS Scrubs Sadly... Melrose Place Black Books The Office (the UK version)

Books:

I like Action/Fantasy novels and some biographys. Im currently reading Princess, which is about the life of a Saudi Arabian Princess, looks to be a good one! But the best books Ive read recently are Mao's Last Dancer, In the Name of Honor, Memoirs of a Giesha, Tales of the Otori trilogy, The Harry Potter Series (so much better than the movies) and Wheel of Time Series. The next book Ive been told to read is the Bronze Horseman. I love books!
