Young French DJ in constant evolution, Matt VENICE
lives and started his career in Barcelona.
In the last few years, Matt VENICE acquired a strong
experiment, thanks to his many travels where he deepened his musical
culture, but also by working with some of the best DJs and
producers of the current electronic scene.
Since his beginnings, Matt already performed in the mythical
Club Danzatoria, the famous Hôtel Omm as well as in the two
larger and prestigious house clubs of Barcelona : Pacha and
Catwalk. He is the regular guest of Javi Munoz (Space/Ibiza)
to mix during Silicon and Silicon Red (Catwalk) parties, true
musical references in Barcelona.
His sound is minimal, electrohouse, electrofunk, and always
characterized by a powerful vibes, without concessions on
quality; while always endeavouring to adapt its music to
his public to satisfy him to the maximum. Nowadays, Matt
VENICE is the resident DJ of the new party “ My father
was a Rolling Stone â€. It was one of the fi rst electro party
programmed at Pacha.
Matt VENICE is represented on the compilation “ Street
Parade 2007 Winter Edition †with David Guetta, Roisin
Murphy, Chicane, Fonzerelli, Cosmic Gate, Markus
Schulz…
But Matt VENICE does not remain there, today,
producer of talent, he signed its fi rst EP under
the prestigious label Soundz London, and
shared the compilation “ Electronic Underground
fl ight 1 †with artists such as Trentemoller, DJ
Hell, Josh Wink, Blaze, John Dahlback, David
Duriez… He has been choosen in 2009 as official remixer of Bob Sinclar. His work, shared with upcoming talented producer Arnaud Andrieu, receive support from the most important DJs. "The best is coming !"
