I am here for Friends

About Me

"You can break a man's back, but you can't kill his spirit, you can take a man's life, but you can never steal his soul" FTS.......... I am from this wonderful place known as Cajun Country.(Yes, I am a Cajun, and yes, I talk funny!) It really is a pretty cool part of the world to grow up in. Even though I have moved away several times, I always find myself comming back. I graduated from South Lafourche High School, and then went on to the local university, Nicholls State, in Thibodaux. Spent a few years as a DJ in clubs and radio stations, in Thibodaux; and then I moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, DJ'ing there as well. Later on, I joined the U.S. Navy, and got to see the far East, the Middle East, Australia, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, and Hawaii. While in Japan, my friends Clint, Xavier, Matt, Brian and I all climbed Mt. Fuji, and went to other awesome places on the other side of the world. Upon returning from my tour of duty, I obtained a captain's license and now drive a work boat in the Gulf of Mexico for the oil and gas industry. It is a good job, but sucks because I am away from home so much! Guess that's the price we pay. I can always count on, and hang out with, my best friends: Billy and Michelle, Ruben and Nicole, Clint, Xavier, and Justin and Malina. I have a godson who is the coolest kid in the world: Dezmond; a newborn godson, little Collins Joseph, who is an angel, an awesome nephew, Dante, and my beautiful nieces Shay and Taylor. Love yall!
"No longer forward nor behind,
I look in hope or fear;
But, grateful, take the good I find,
The best of now and here." J.G. Whitier

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

People who are interesting, cool, laid back, and who do not take life too seriously. I am always into meeting new people, and re-connecting with old friends. Also, people who love and cherish their friends and families, because without mine, I would probably not be here right now. Layout made by
