About Me

My name is Kelly Lawrence and I love to write song lyrics. I am married to the most wonderful man alive and live in the country on 200 acres along with cows, horses and of course our dogs and cats. Recently I made a connection with Doug Davidson who is a very gifted and talanted artist. Doug has turned one of my lyrics into a beautiful song and I hope that you enjoy it. I now have a new duet song titled "Where I've Never Been Before on my player. Music arrangements were done by Brian Bennett with Oak Lane Productions and Matt Howard is singing the male vacals and Melanie Headrick is singing the female vocals. The newest song on my player titled "Wondering If He's Ever Coming Home" is a song that is co-written with Teresa Hull and Ben C Songcrafter. Ben also did the music arrangement for this song. The vocals are by Gina Taylor. I have 4 more songs that are currently having the music arrangements done for them by Greg Knight which one of them is a co-write between the two of us. I also have 2 more of my lyrics that Joe Yander is doing the music arrangements for they should all be available to upload on my player very soon. Joe Clark Singer/Songwriter and I have also co-written a song together titled "Fly" which he did the music arrangement on and vocals you can hear it on his My Space page. Hopefully one day I will be able to write lyrics and songs for a living because that is where my passion lies. Please be looking for more of my work soon.
