After 10 years as professional musician and co-founder of rock band Seaweed, I attended the University of Washington as an undergrad, graduated from its law school in 2006, and set out to carve a path as a representative for artists from all disciplines. I have co-written and recorded five albums of material and seen most of it released on both indie and major labels. I have toured the United States, Canada, Europe, the UK, Japan, and Brazil in vans, buses, and rent-a-cars. I am passionate about building something amazing from nothing, whether it is in arts or business worlds. I love to make deals, form entities, license copyrighted works, monitor publishing deals, analyze works and trademarks for infringement, register trademarks, and advise in general business and legal matters. Currently, I am employed at Johnson, Graffe, Keay, Moniz & WIck, LLP.
