Music from Sweden

About Me

Don’t make any mistake, we Swedes are SO proud of acts like ABBA, Roxette and Peter Bjorn & John. Well-known musical groups whose music is played all over the world, and loved by millions. But Swedish music isn’t just about Bjorn & Benny, it’s so much more. It’s everything from well-reputed jazz trio e.s.t. to the musical genius of the rising star Salem Al Fakir. Everything from top producer Max Martin to folk act Ranarim. Everything from hard rocking In Flames to singer/songwriter Annika Fehling. And thousands of other great bands, singers and songwriters, just waiting to be discovered. By you, by me, by the world.

So how to keep track of all these amazing artists and songwriters? Well, this might be a good place to start. MySpace.com/MusicFromSweden is run by the Swedish Music Information Centre, and we will hook you up with as much musical talent as we can, as long as it’s Swedish.

Enjoy!
