He got a double bass diploma with full marks under the direction of master G. Ragghianti at the “ Lucio Campiani†State Conservatory of Mantua.
He then attended highly-qualifying seminars and international courses of specialization, run by the following masters : G. Ragghianti, Antonio Sciancalepore, Libero Lanzilotta, Giuseppe Ettore, Emilio Benzi.
He studied jazz double bass with Stefano Senni, Stefano Lionello, Marco Micheli, Marc Abrams; he also studied electric bass with Lorenzo Feliciati.
He took part in several concerts both in Italy and abroad ( Czech Republic, Germany, Slovenia, Croatia, Spain, Great Britain, Austria, France, China).
At the present time he accompanies world famous artists, when performing on Italian stages and on tv programmes (Natale in Vaticano 2002, 2003, 2005 Canale5), Natale a Montecarlo(2006 RAI),Concerto di Natale( 2007 RAI2), "AMICI"(Canale 5), "Scalo 76"(RAI 2) Concerto di Capodanno (China Central Television) and many others...
He is a permanent bass player with the Summertime Gospel Choir and he plays the double bass with Il Fondaco dei Suoni.
He also carries out an intense teaching and recording activity.
